Job Summary

We are looking for qualified, passionate, and committed faculty members to join the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering quality teaching, guiding students in academic and project activities, contributing to research and publications, and actively participating in departmental and institutional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for UG/PG courses in ECE and related areas.
- Prepare course plans, teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment components.
- Conduct and evaluate internal assessments, assignments, laboratory work, and examinations.
- Guide students in academic projects, mini projects, internships, and technical activities.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Contribute to research activities, publications, patents, consultancy, and funded projects.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, FDPs, conferences, technical events, and qualified activities.
- Support accreditation and quality initiatives such as NBA, NAAC, and academic audits.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and other institutional responsibilities.
- Maintain course files, academic records, student mentoring records, and other documentation as required.
- Contribute to curriculum development and other academic activities of the department.

Educational Qualification

- Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Relevant qualifications in Electronics and Communication Engineering or allied disciplines as prescribed by applicable UGC/AICTE/University norms.
- Ph.D. holders are preferred, particularly for senior faculty positions.
- Candidates with strong academic credentials, research experience, publications, and industry exposure will be given preference.

Experience

- Relevant teaching/research/industry experience as applicable to the position.
- Candidates applying for Professor and Associate Professor positions should possess the required experience and academic credentials as per applicable norms.
- Fresh Ph.D. candidates and candidates with strong academic/research profiles may be considered for suitable positions.
