Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Create product branding materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital media.
- Design exhibition materials, standees, posters, and event branding assets.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, product videos, corporate films, reels, and social media content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and visual effects where required.
- Capture and edit product shoots, plant videos, employee activities, and event highlights.
- Optimize videos for various digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

AI-Powered Creative Solutions

- Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance graphic design, image editing, video production, and content creation.
- Leverage AI tools for concept generation, image enhancement, background removal, subtitle generation, motion graphics, and workflow automation while maintaining brand quality.




- Stay updated with emerging AI design trends and recommend innovative tools and techniques to improve creative efficiency and output.

Content & Branding

- Maintain consistency in branding across all communication materials.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.
- Manage and organize design files, video footage, and creative assets.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of Canva and other creative tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to create motion graphics and short-form social media videos.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
