We are looking to scale our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts & Long-Form) to educate, engage, and convert our target audience.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Script Writer who eats, sleeps, and breathes social media algorithms and storytelling. You won't just be writing words; you will be architecting viral content.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the immigration and overseas education landscape (or possesses elite-level research skills to get up to speed quickly). You know exactly how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds, how to retain their attention through to the end, and how to seamlessly integrate a call-to-action (CTA) that drives real business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Trend & Policy Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching recent immigration updates, visa policy changes, and overseas education news. Translate complex legal or institutional updates into highly engaging, easy-to-understand social media content.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Write highly compelling scripts for Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Long-Form videos.
- Mastering the "Hook" & Retention:



Craft irresistible first-3-second hooks and structure scripts that maximize viewer retention and watch time.
- Algorithm Optimization: Tailor content specifically for each platform’s unique algorithm. You should know what works on a TikTok compared to a 10-minute YouTube educational video.
- Competitor & Audience Analysis: Continuously audit our niche to analyze what type of content is working, what gaps exist, and what our target audience is actively searching for.
- Conversion Focus: Write scripts that don’t just get "views" but actually generate leads, inquiries, and high ROI for the business.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven track record of writing successful scripts for social media creators, personal brands, or businesses (preferably in ed-tech, immigration, finance, or legal niches).
- Niche Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of overseas education and immigration processes (or a proven system to research and verify facts accurately).
- Data Organization: Highly organized with a systematic approach to structuring research, maintaining content calendars, and tracking performance metrics.
- Software & Tool Proficiency: Well-versed in Microsoft Business Suite (Teams, Outlook) for communication, Notion for workspace and content management, and standard social media analytics and publishing tools.
- Platform Expertise:



Deep understanding of the pacing, formatting, and cultural nuances of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Copywriting Mastery: You understand human psychology, persuasive writing, and pacing.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt the tone of voice to sound authoritative yet approachable, empathetic, and engaging.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 INR per month, commensurate with your experience and past results.
