Job Description: SSIS Developer
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 6–8 Years

We are seeking an experienced SSIS Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and MS SQL Server, along with intermediate .NET Core literacy, to develop, optimize, and support enterprise data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in designing ETL workflows, writing complex SQL queries, and collaborating with application teams to deliver scalable and high quality data solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
. Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers in MS SQL Server.
. Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance data integration workflows for enterprise applications.

Support and maintain .NET Core based components related to data processing and integration.
. Analyze data transformation requirements and implement efficient ETL processes.
. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL job performance and data loads.
. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with business requirements.
. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and production support activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills

. Strong hands on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
. Excellent proficiency in MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
. Intermediate working knowledge of .NET Core for supporting and enhancing integration components.
. Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and ETL development best practices.
. Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
. Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing ETL processes.
. Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and deployment processes for database and ETL solutions.
. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
