Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 3–6 years of qualified experience to create high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, events, courses, and institutional communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, digital campaigns, events, courses, and promotional content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, graphics, music, and sound design.
- Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media clips.
- Edit long-form content including interviews, talks, events, testimonials, documentaries, and educational videos.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as required.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, stock footage, images, and other visual assets to enhance the final output.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
- Maintain consistency with the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Organize and maintain video project files, footage, assets, and archives systematically.
- Review final videos for technical quality, accuracy, branding, and content consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
- Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, frame rates, aspect ratios, and audio standards.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience creating content specifically for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work with raw footage from professional cameras, mobile devices, and multiple video sources.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
