Job Summary

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong AI knowledge to join our in-house Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, branding, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to use AI-powered design and content creation tools to produce high-quality marketing creatives efficiently.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Business Development teams to create engaging visual content for our residential construction, architecture, interiors, and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, carousels, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative campaigns for residential projects, villas, interiors, offers, launches, and company branding.
- Create visually compelling content using AI image-generation and AI-assisted design tools.
- Use AI tools for image creation, enhancement, background generation, concept visualization, retouching, and creative ideation.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop monthly social media creatives and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, layouts, and visual language.




- Edit and enhance photographs of completed projects, interiors, architecture, and construction sites.
- Create creative concepts and mood boards for marketing campaigns.
- Support the team with basic video editing, motion graphics, reels, and short-form content when required.
- Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms and advertising campaigns.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Canva / Figma will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts for generating professional visual content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and other social media creative formats.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.




- Ability to convert marketing ideas into visually strong creatives.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or creative agency environment.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio will be preferred.
- Candidates who actively use AI tools in their creative workflow will have an advantage.
- Should be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the marketing team.
- Should have good communication skills and a proactive approach.
