We are looking for a Technical PMO & QA Lead who can act as a bridge between clients and the development team while taking strong ownership of software quality and testing.

The ideal candidate should have prior software development experience, a good understanding of the software development lifecycle, and hands-on experience in functional testing, API testing, regression testing, and UAT coordination.

This role is not purely a project management role. We are looking for someone who can understand technical requirements, communicate effectively with developers, identify gaps, test the application, and ensure that the final delivery meets client expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement & Client Coordination

- Understand, analyze,



and document client requirements.
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Convert business requirements into explicit functional requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
- Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement clarification, and project planning meetings.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
