About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our wet wipes manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure that all products meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement QC procedures for wet wipes manufacturing

· Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, GMP, hygiene standards)

· Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods quality

· Conduct regular quality audits and inspections

· Handle product testing, validation, and documentation

· Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

· Maintain quality records and reports

· Coordinate with production and R&D; teams for process improvement

· Ensure hygiene and safety standards in manufacturing unit





· Train staff on quality standards and best practices

Required Skills

· Robust knowledge of QC processes in manufacturing

· Understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and hygiene protocols

· Attention to detail and analytical thinking

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Experience with quality documentation and audits

· Good communication and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field

· Experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Wet Wipes manufacturing

· Knowledge of regulatory compliance and product safety standards
