About the Role

We, at Manoeuvre Infraprojects are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our project team. The successful candidate will assist with site execution, quality control, quantity estimation, documentation, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and finishing activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and senior engineers.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, material requirements, and measurements.
- Monitor material usage and assist with procurement and material planning.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and project documentation.
- Identify construction issues and report them to the senior/project engineer.
- Assist with inspection, snagging, and quality-control activities.




- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.
- Support project planning and timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience with robust technical knowledge may apply.
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, concrete, finishing, and general construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
