Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting the company's financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.




- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.
- Maintain payroll-related accounting records and support salary processing.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Support audits and provide required financial documents.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle financial information responsibly.
- Experience in a media, marketing, or service-based company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
