Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join theAxis Max Life Insurance team aligned with CSB Bank as an Insurance Sales Executive/Relationship Manager.
The role involves working closely with theCSB Bank branch team to identify customer insurance needs, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive life insurance business through the bank’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through CSB Bank branches and customer referrals.
- Generate and convert leads into quality insurance business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank customers.
- Coordinate with CSB Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and other branch staff for business generation.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation,



compliance and timely submission of proposals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and persistency.
- Participate in branch-level sales initiatives and campaigns.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience ininsurance, banking, financial services or sales will be an advantage.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to work in a branch-based sales environment.
- Freshers with strong sales potential may also be considered.
