ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Utility Supervisor to manage and supervise utility operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of utility systems and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Air Compressor, DG Set, RO/DM/WFI and other utility systems.
- Ensure continuous availability of utilities for production and plant operations.
- Monitor equipment parameters and maintain daily utility logbooks.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper operation of AHU, chilled water systems, compressed air and purified water systems.
- Maintain utility-related documents, checklists and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production, QA and engineering departments.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety procedures.
- Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in utility areas.
- Supervise utility operators and technicians and allocate daily work.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining required utility records and documentation.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing utility operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of utility equipment and troubleshooting.
- Good supervisory and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
