Position: Insurance Telecaller

Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for insurance products.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage and policy details to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication and build good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales follow-ups.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance sales/telecalling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Comfortable working from the Goregaon office.
