Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

Dolphin Kids School is looking for a highly polished, energetic and result-oriented Branch Head to lead the complete operations of our premium Day-Boarding School.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate with a top-notch personality, excellent grooming and exceptionally fluent English, preferably from:

- School / Education Management – strongly preferred
- Corporate / IT / Management
- Aviation / Hospitality / Premium Service Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Overall management of the school branch and daily operations.
- Parent relationship management and handling important escalations.
- Admissions, enquiry conversion and branch growth.
- Staff management, discipline and performance.
- Academic coordination and student experience.
- School safety, administration and compliance.
- Maintaining premium standards of service, presentation and school environment.
- Representing Dolphin Kids professionally with parents and the community.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS





- Very fluent English and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Top-notch personality, grooming, confidence and leadership presence are essential.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and people-management skills.
- Candidates with strong school leadership experience will be given first preference.
- The Branch Head must be responsible, proactive and highly dependable.
- Must remain accessible by phone at home for important school-related matters when required.
