Job Description – Marketing Manager (Outreach & Admissions)
Position: Marketing Manager – Outreach & Admissions
Location: Delhi / NCR
Department: Marketing & Admissions
Reporting To: Director -Admissions & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Rs 50,000- Rs 60,000/-
The Marketing Manager Outreach & Admissions will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to strengthen the institution’s visibility, generate quality student leads, build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other channel partners, and contribute directly to achieving admission targets.
The role requires a highly energetic, target-oriented professional with strong networking, communication and field-marketing capabilities who can build a sustainable outreach ecosystem across Uttarakhand & North India and identify feeder markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Outreach
- Develop and execute the annual outreach plan aligned with admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, career counsellors and education partners.
- Identify and develop new feeder institutions and geographical markets for student acquisition.
- Conduct regular institutional visits, presentations and engagement activities.
- Establish long-term relationships with principals, faculty members, placement teams, student coordinators and counsellors.
2. Student Engagement & Lead Generation
- Organise and participate in:
- Career counselling sessions
- Management aptitude programmes
- Workshops and masterclasses
- Seminars and webinars
- Business quizzes and competitions
- Student engagement activities
- Education fairs and exhibitions
- Open houses and campus visits
- Generate qualified prospective-student leads through outreach activities.
- Ensure systematic capture, documentation and transfer of leads to the admissions team.
- Track lead quality, conversions and effectiveness of individual outreach initiatives.
3. Admissions Support
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to achieve enrolment targets.
- Develop outreach campaigns for different stages of the admission cycle.
- Support prospective students and parents with relevant programme and institutional information.
- Coordinate follow-ups for leads generated through institutional outreach.
- Analyse conversion trends and recommend interventions to improve enrolments.

Channel & Partnership Development
- Identify and develop partnerships with:
- Career counsellors
- Education consultants
- Coaching centres
- Training organisations
- Student communities
- Corporate and professional networks
- Create structured engagement programmes for channel partners.
- Evaluate channel productivity and continuously expand high-performing partnerships.
5. Brand Promotion
- Represent the institution professionally at external forums and events.
- Strengthen awareness and positioning of the institution and its programmes among prospective students and influencers.
- Coordinate with the digital and creative marketing teams for campaigns, brochures, presentations and promotional material.
- Identify opportunities for institutional branding at relevant student and academic events.
6. Outreach Events & Campaign Management
- Plan outreach calendars and execute activities within approved budgets.
- Coordinate logistics, institutional permissions, speakers, promotional materials and student participation.
- Ensure professional execution of all outreach programmes.
- Maintain a database and calendar of prospective outreach opportunities.
7. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor institutions, programmes, admission campaigns, scholarships, pricing and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular insights on student preferences and market trends.
- Identify emerging markets and potential student segments.
- Recommend creative outreach initiatives based on market feedback.
8. MIS, Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Institutions contacted
- Visits conducted
- Events organised
- Students engaged
- Leads generated
- Applications generated
- Admissions converted
- Prepare weekly and monthly outreach MIS.
- Measure ROI and conversion effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and continuously strengthen the institutional outreach database.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will primarily be assessed on:
- Number of productive institutional relationships developed
- Number of institutional visits and outreach activities conducted
- Number and quality of student leads generated
- Applications generated through outreach
- Lead-to-application conversion rate
- Application-to-admission conversion
- Achievement of assigned admission targets
- Number of active school/college/counsellor partnerships
- Geographic expansion of outreach network
- Effectiveness and ROI of outreach campaigns
Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Communication, Education or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing would be preferred.
Experience
- Preferably 4–8 years of experience in outreach, education marketing, admissions, business development or student recruitment.
- Experience with a Business School, University, College, EdTech organisation, coaching institute or education-services organisation will be strongly preferred.
- Established relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors and educational institutions in Delhi-NCR will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial and execution-oriented qualified who enjoys building relationships, opening new markets and converting outreach initiatives into measurable admission outcomes.
The candidate should be equally comfortable meeting a school principal, addressing a group of 200 students, developing a counsellor network, organising an outreach event and reviewing lead-conversion data.
The position offers an opportunity to play a significant role in building the institution’s student outreach ecosystem and contributing directly to its growth and visibility.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
