We are seeking a seasoned Solution Engagement Lead with deep expertise End-to-end planning and delivery of PS engagements on the EIQ agentic automation platform, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery directly to customers or with partners. Ability to collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders. This role requires hands-on Technology led transformation delivery with hands on experience across planning, execution, reporting, risk and change management, budget control, and people leadership in a low-code/no-code, AI-native product environment.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale enterprise transformation programs, partnering closely with C-level stakeholders and business leaders.
- Define program scope, milestones, dependencies,



and execution roadmaps while leveraging platform capabilities and technical initiatives.
- Own program governance through integrated project plans, executive dashboards, KPIs, and regular stakeholder reporting.
- Drive delivery excellence by enforcing SDLC, release governance, and best practices across complex programs valued at USD 10M+ with 100+ member cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring timely mitigation and executive escalations.
- Govern changes to scope, timelines, and budgets through structured change management, impact assessments, and stakeholder approvals.
- Plan and optimize program budgets, resource capacity, and workforce allocation across multiple engineering squads and delivery streams.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality releases, ensuring robust testing, deployment planning, and rollback strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams to manage production releases, hotfixes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage AI-powered project management and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps with AI capabilities) to enhance planning, forecasting, risk prediction, and execution efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture by providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to project managers, architects, and engineering teams.

What will you bring to the team?

- 12-15 years of experience in software program delivery, including 8–10 years managing multi-squad projects or programs.
- Strong hands-on expertise in project planning, execution tracking, status reporting,



risk and issue management, and structured change control.
- Proven Agile delivery experience in delivering automation programs
- Deep working knowledge of Jira, MS Project, including boards, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with low-code/no-code, workflow automation, integration platforms, or AI/ML products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with distributed teams (India, UK, US and other regions).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Must to Have:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working directly with international clients and global teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sass/SCSS for building scalable, maintainable, and responsive styling architectures.
- Good understanding of Automation Technologies, Cloud Infrastructure, and core Cloud Computing concept
