Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for quantity estimation, measurement, billing, cost control, and verification of civil construction works. The role ensures accurate project costing, client billing, subcontractor billing, and effective management of project quantities.

Key Responsibility

1. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-off, and cost estimation for construction projects.

2. Handle client billing and subcontractor billing as per project progress.

3. Verify measurement sheets and site quantities.

4.



Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure cost control.

5. Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and variation statements.

6. Ensure timely submission of invoices and payment follow-ups.

7. Maintain billing records, project documentation, and reports.

Preferred Industry Experience: Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Infrastructure, and Civil Construction Projects.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
