Job Summary

The Nintex Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing support for the organization's Nintex platform landscape, including Nintex for SharePoint, Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC), and associated integrations. The role will support business-critical workflow automation solutions, troubleshoot workflow and integration issues, perform minor enhancements, develop new workflows, monitor platform health, and collaborate with business stakeholders, service desk teams, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. This position requires strong expertise in workflow automation, SharePoint, ServiceNow integrations, incident management, and governance-driven solution support. The engineer will ensure high availability, performance, compliance, and user satisfaction, while adhering to ITIL-based processes, SLAs, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Incident & Service Request Management • Provide L2/L2.5 support for Nintex for SharePoint and Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC). • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow execution failures and application-related incidents. • Investigate workflow configuration issues, logic failures, and user-reported problems. • Support end users and business teams in resolving workflow-related issues. • Coordinate with Buyer engineering teams and Nintex vendor support for platform-level issues. • Workflow Development & Enhancements • Design and develop current workflows based on approved business requirements. • Perform minor enhancements to existing Nintex workflows and applications.



• Replicate and modify existing workflow solutions as required. • Conduct workflow testing, validation, and deployment activities. • Maintain workflow documentation and solution inventories. Automation and DevOps support • Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Terraform) (if enabled) • Manage automated workflows and deployment pipelines • Monitor automation performance and resolve issues Monitoring & Reporting • Build governance dashboards and operational reports. • Configure monitoring and alerting mechanisms. • Analyze lifecycle trends and compliance metrics. • Present governance reports to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Content Management teams. • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions. • Provide SME guidance during rollout and post-production support.
