Dy. Manager / Sr. Engineer – Facility & Projects Management (Civil)

Location: Kochi

Industry: Manufacturing / Electronics / Automotive / EMS

Experience: 8-12 Years in Industry Preference: Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, EMS, Precision Engineering, or Semiconductor-related industries.

Qualification :M.Tech / MBA (Operations or Project Management)/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (5 to 8 yrs experience in similar field) – preferably subject exams cleared in first attempt OR Diploma in Civil Engineering (with experience of 12 yrs + in similar field) - preferably subject exams cleared in first attempt.

CTC-110LPA

Preferred

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- AutoCAD Certification
- Primavera P6 or MS Project Certification

Job Role

This role is ideal for managing factory expansions, infrastructure readiness, utility projects, civil maintenance, STP upgrades, office renovations, warehouse development, and recent manufacturing facility setup, which closely aligns with the type of projects currently being executed at your manufacturing sites.

Job Responsibilities

- Critical role to ensure factory infrastructure reliability, facility safety, and timely execution of civil,



utility, and expansion projects.
- Responsible for facility maintenance, civil project execution, contractor management, statutory compliance, cost control, and production floor readiness.
- Required profile: B.Tech Civil Engineer with 8-12 years’ experience in industrial construction, factory expansion, utilities, and manufacturing facility management.
- Key KPIs include project delivery, budget adherence, PM compliance, facility uptime, zero LTI, statutory audit closure, and contractor safety performance.
- This role will support business growth by enabling infrastructure readiness, reducing facility risks, and ensuring smooth execution of future expansion projects.
