Awareness Executive – EPR, Schools & Brands

Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Awareness Executive to represent our organization in front of schools, educational institutions, and brands, while also supporting our EPR business development and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct awareness sessions and presentations for schools, brands, and relevant audiences

- Approach and connect with schools, brands, and key decision-makers

- Manage outreach through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and knowledge of SEO will suit best.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client retention

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Guide clients on CPCB guidelines and EPR compliance requirements

- Assist in EPR return filing and related documentation

- Research potential schools, brands, and clients, and maintain an updated prospect database

- Coordinate with internal teams for awareness campaigns, school visits, workshops, and events

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, business development, sales, marketing,



outreach, or a similar role

- Working knowledge of CPCB guidelines and EPR return filing process

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of schools, brands, and professional audiences

- Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking

- Robust follow-up, client retention, and relationship building abilities

- Proactive and target oriented, with willingness to travel for meetings and sessions when required

- Experience in education, EPR, NGO or social impact, sales, or corporate outreach is an added advantage
