About the Role:
TecTree is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. High-performing candidates may be offered a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and interview coordination)
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation and employee orientation
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities




Maintain HR records and provide administrative support

Requirements:
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Confident and proactive approach
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Good coordination and organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage
