Position

Assembly Technician – SPM

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in machine assembly.
- Experience in SPM / Automation Machine Assembly is preferred.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

Job Responsibilities

- Assemble SPM and automation machines as per engineering drawings.
- Perform mechanical fitting, drilling, tapping and alignment activities.
- Assemble fixtures, jigs, brackets, cylinders and machine components.
- Read and understand 2D mechanical drawings.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments effectively.
- Perform machine alignment and mechanical adjustments.
- Coordinate with design, electrical and PLC teams during machine assembly.
- Assist in machine testing,



trial runs and commissioning.
- Identify and rectify mechanical assembly issues.
- Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping standards.

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of mechanical machine assembly.
- Experience with SPM / automation machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of drilling, tapping, fitting and alignment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
