Associate, Controllership

The Treasury Associate will be instrumental in executing day-to-day treasury activities, supporting effective fund management, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The role partners closely with banking contacts, internal stakeholders, and auditors, and needs strong attention to detail, proficiency with SAP and online banking platforms and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Controllership on the Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting treasury operations, banking transactions, reconciliations, payments, and compliance, including:

- Manage end-to-end banking transactions and ensure timely recording of all receipts and payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and ensure completeness and accuracy of reconciliations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation variances between bank statements and internal accounting records.
- Review banking transactions for compliance and accuracy, coordinate payment approvals with authorized signatories, and maintain transaction approval logs.
- Support treasury banking activities including term deposits, bank guarantees, regulated payments, payment uploads, and manual reconciliation entries.
- Prepare cash forecasts and budgets, maintain UTR details for Goods and Services Tax (GST) Input Tax Credit (ITC), support Form 15CA documentation, and coordinate with auditors and stakeholders on treasury activities.

and compliance while enabling performance management through planning, forecasting and analytics across the firm. Our focus is to strengthen financial integrity and transparency while improving efficiency through standardization and automation.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with 0-2 years of experience

Preferred:

- Experience using SAP for reconciliation, payment processing, or accounting entries
- Experience working with online banking platforms
- Experience preparing bank reconciliation statements
- Experience supporting payment uploads and transaction approvals
- Experience preparing cash forecasts or budgets
- Experience supporting statutory or tax payment documentation, including Form 15CA or GST Input Tax Credit processes
