Job Description

Arcraft Infotech is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring video editors to gain practical experience by working on real-world video content for digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional activities.

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training, professional guidance, and practical exposure while developing industry-ready video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for social media platforms, YouTube, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging and visually appealing short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Trim, arrange, and sequence video clips to create smooth and engaging content.
- Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio editing, and video enhancement.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand video requirements.
- Convert creative ideas and concepts into engaging video content.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final output meets project requirements.
- Organize and maintain video files, project files, footage, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and content styles.
- Complete assigned projects within the given deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.




- Basic understanding of transitions, effects, typography, colour correction, and audio editing.
- Good sense of timing, storytelling, creativity, and visual composition.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn current tools and editing techniques.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates who have completed or are pursuing courses in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Film Making, Digital Media, or related fields are preferred.
- Candidates with a portfolio, showreel, or sample video editing work will have an added advantage.
