We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Trainee to support the Sales & Marketing team in expanding the company’s customer base, developing business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

The candidate will gain practical exposure to B2B sales, steel products, customer relationship management, market research, lead generation and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business leads through market research, online platforms, databases and industry references.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information and quotations.
- Promote and support sales of the company's steel products, including angles, beams, channels, flats and rounds.
- Make regular customer calls and follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.




- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts and logistics teams to support timely order execution.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and update sales records regularly.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and prevailing steel-market conditions.
- Assist senior sales executives in preparing quotations, sales reports and MIS.
- Participate in customer visits, dealer meetings and business-development activities when required.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the concerned internal teams where necessary.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation and customer-contact targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
