We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller.

The ideal candidate should definitely have:

l Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling & sales. (Ed-tech preferred)

l Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

l MBA/ PGDBM (Marketing/Sales/Business Management preferred).

l Robust understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

l Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.

l Convert inquiries into walk-ins by effectively communicating value propositions.

l Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.

l Understand customer needs, pain points, and guide them toward the right solutions.

l Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and conversion targets.

l Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaigns
