Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Executive – Production Operations to oversee daily production activities, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate effectively with production and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production operations and achieve planned targets.
- Monitor production output, efficiency and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning teams.
- Improve productivity and reduce production wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower,



materials and machinery.
- Guide and train production staff.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle Laser Programming / Drawing-related production requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
