Civil Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skills
Work Location: Changa and Limbasi, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our sites in Changa and Limbasi.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and workers at site
- Manage and coordinate masons, labourers and subcontractors
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plaster and other civil works
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings
- Check measurements, levels, line, plumb and workmanship quality
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements
- Maintain daily work progress and provide regular site updates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other site personnel
- Identify and report construction issues and quality problems




- Maintain proper site discipline and safety
- Visit and supervise both Changa and Limbasi project sites as required

Requirements:

- Practical experience in civil construction site supervision
- Experience in RCC and building construction preferred
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Good labour and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to independently handle site activities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/ITI/Civil Engineering qualification is an advantage
- Candidates with strong practical site experience will be preferred

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month based on experience, skills and overall capability.
