Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will work in the Mechanical Engineering – Quality Control / Inquiry team in the head office at Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Understanding the customer drawings with tolerances
- Measuring the samples and goods produced using various tools
- Calculating weights from engineering drawings/models.
- Entering the data in the ERP
- Making and Sending Quotes to overseas customers
- Working with the Sales and Inquiry teams
- Corresponding with the customers
- Coordinating with the Suppliers
- Analyzing the customer complaints, root cause analysis, finding solutions to resolve the complaints
- Manage the Quality Control team

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate should be smart, have strong logic and engineering fundamentals. The candidate should be well versed with using Instruments like Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Thread Gauges, etc. The candidate should also be well versed using 3D modelling software tools like SolidWorks / AutoCAD. He should be hard working and have good communication skills. Excellent written communication skills in English is a MUST.
