We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team at ArchiRace Studio. As a Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable experience and honing your skills in architectural design, drafting, and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Support: Assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptualization to presentation, under the guidance of senior architects.

2. Drafting and Documentation:Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design efforts, communicate ideas effectively, and contribute to project meetings and presentations.

4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to support design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

5. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and assist in the development of design proposals and presentations.

6. Learning and Development: Take initiative in learning new skills, techniques,



and software tools to enhance your professional growth and contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, preferably in a professional setting.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4. Robust understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

7. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for architecture and design.

8 . Presentation Design: Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with client or organizational objectives. This includes creating custom templates, layouts, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of each presentation.

9. Strong skills in Photoshop, with the ability to create and edit high-quality graphics and images.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
