Role Overview

Edwin Academy is hiring a energetic English Communicative & Soft Skills Trainer to lead interactive training sessions across our locations in Calicut, Kollam, and Perinthalmanna. You will be responsible for elevating students' spoken English fluency, interview readiness, and core workplace soft skills.

Key Responsibilities

Communicative English: Facilitate highly engaging sessions on spoken English, phonetics, accent neutralization, active listening, and everyday business conversation.

Soft Skills & Employability: Train candidates on interview preparation, mock group discussions, body language, email etiquette,



personal grooming, and confidence building.

Interactive Learning: Conduct activity-based training, including role-plays, debates, individual presentations, and real-time feedback loops.

Student Tracking: Assess baseline communication levels, track individual learning progress, and deliver actionable coaching to bridge performance gaps.

Batch Ownership: Maintain high classroom energy, manage diverse student groups, and maintain continuous learning momentum.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience delivering soft skills and English communication training.

Language Skill: Exceptional written and verbal English communication with clear articulation.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English, Communication, HR, or related fields (Train-the-Trainer or TEFL certifications are a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
