About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to speak confidently with prospective clients.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our immigration/visa services.
- Handle incoming enquiries and understand clients' requirements.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments with immigration counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build a good relationship with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth client handling.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or immigration is an advantage.
