Store Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction in a hospitality or retail setting.

Responsibilities:

· - Manage overall day-to-day store operations

· - Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff

· - Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction

· - Maintain store hygiene, safety, and service quality standards

· - Implement company policies and operational procedures efficiently

Requirements:

· - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or any discipline

· - Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in QSR or similar sector

· - Age: Below 35 years

· - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Shift Manager

Location: KOCHI

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Shift Manager to support store operations and team performance during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

· - Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations

· - Ensure smooth functioning of the store during shifts

· - Uphold quality standards in service, product, and cleanliness

· - Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest feedback

· - Support team performance to meet sales and operational goals

Requirements:

· - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in the hotel/food industry (India or abroad)

· - Education: Hotel Management or any graduate degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
