Job Responsibilities:

- Market bench consultants to clients and vendors for suitable project opportunities.
- Search and identify client requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding project availability, skills, and preferences.
- Submit consultant profiles to clients and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors and clients throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Bench Sales and the US IT recruitment process.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
