Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for handling loan application login activities through different bank and financial institution portals. The candidate should have valuable computer knowledge, be comfortable working with multiple online platforms, and have the ability to manage customer loan processing activities accurately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Login customer loan applications through various bank and financial institution portals.
- Handle application processing activities through different platforms like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance, Fresh and other banking portals.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all required details are properly updated before login.
- Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and bank representatives for smooth loan processing.
- Track application status and provide regular updates regarding approval, rejection, or pending cases.




- Maintain proper records of all logged-in applications and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy while entering customer details into different systems.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good computer knowledge and ability to operate multiple online portals.
- Familiarity with banking/loan processing software and applications will be preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet-based applications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fresher’s with good computer skills and willingness to learn can apply.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in banking, NBFC, DSA, loan processing, or financial services operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
