Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics for social media, websites, blogs, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials
- Design banners, flyers, brochures, infographics, and promotional creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, content, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts
- Edit and optimize images, graphics, and visual assets
- Create unique and customized designs based on project requirements
- Develop video content and social media reels using Canva or other relevant tools
- Support website design requirements and visual content updates
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years of Graphic Design experience required
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory,



and layout design
- Ability to create original and high-quality designs without relying solely on AI-generated content
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills
- Experience creating short videos, reels, and visual content for social media/websites preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory
