Job Description – Chartered Accountant (CA)

About the Role

Shreeji Realties Private Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the company’s accounting, finance, taxation, and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless financial and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.

* Ensure timely filing of Income Tax Returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.

* Handle ROC filings and ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.

* Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

* Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper financial record-keeping.

* Reconcile bank accounts, GST,



TDS, and other statutory accounts.

* Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence.

* Monitor statutory dues and ensure timely payment of taxes and other government liabilities.

* Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

* Provide financial insights and support management in business decision-making.

Qualifications

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Relevant post-qualification experience preferred.

* Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and accounting standards.

* Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
