HR Manager – Manufacturing / Factory

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take complete ownership of HR operations for our manufacturing facility. Candidates with hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing and blue-collar workforce management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end HR Operations & Administration
- Recruitment of Stitching Operators, Packing Employees, Supervisors and Admin/Production Staff
- Manpower planning, bulk recruitment and employee onboarding
- Attendance, leave, overtime and payroll coordination
- Employee documentation, HR records and MIS
- PF, ESIC and labour/statutory compliance
- Employee relations, grievance handling and counselling
- Maintaining workplace discipline and handling misconduct/absenteeism
- Performance management, probation and employee retention
- Resignation, exit process and full & final coordination
- HR policy implementation and process improvement
- Coordination with the existing HR Executive and department heads
- Ensure complete and timely closure of all HR-related activities

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Manufacturing/factory experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling blue-collar/shop-floor employees
- Practical knowledge of payroll, PF,



ESIC and labour compliance
- Strong recruitment and employee-management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong communication, discipline and problem-solving skills
- Should be capable of independently owning the complete HR function

Not suitable for candidates who are Fresher and with only recruitment, payroll or corporate HR experience.
