Operations - Deputy Manager - Global Strategic Insights Center

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Project Management on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:

- Monitor team performance, workload, utilization, productivity, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate with leadership to understand operational requirements, priorities, and service expectations, and translate these requirements into explicit workplans and actions
- Track project and operational progress, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource requirements, and escalate concerns to support timely resolution
- Support the development and maintenance of operational processes, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and transparency
- Mentor and coach team members, provide feedback, and support performance discussions and career development activities

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- 8-10 years of experience in operations management, service delivery, project coordination, or program management
- Experience monitoring workload, utilization, productivity, and key performance indicators
- Experience preparing status reports, performance reports, dashboards,



and management summaries
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across teams, businesses, or geographies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, including gap identification and root-cause analysis
- Experience managing or supervising team members, including workload allocation, coaching, and performance monitoring

Preferred:

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools
- Exposure to Generative Artificial Intelligence tools and prompt engineering
- Experience supporting governance forums, planning sessions, and operational reporting
- Experience working in research, insights, or professional services environments
