About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Executive with 4–5 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel bookings, customer handling, itinerary planning, and domestic & international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel requirements.
- Manage flight, hotel, holiday package and other travel-related bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budget.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, suppliers and other travel partners.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, availability, cancellation and booking policies.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle modifications, cancellations and post-booking customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, customer details and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure timely closure.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, airline fares and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4–5 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
- Experience in flight, hotel and holiday package bookings.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations and itineraries.
- Experience with GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversion and revenue generation.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working in travel agencies, tour operators or travel companies will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in international holiday packages and travel sales will have an advantage.
- Non-travel industry candidates are not preferred.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.

Working Details

Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Fixed Off

Key Requirement: Candidates must have 4–5 years of relevant travel industry experience and should be comfortable with both customer handling and sales.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
