1. Job Summary

Alexis Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of telecom and related technical equipment at project sites. The technician will work closely with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers to ensure that all assigned technical activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of telecom and technical equipment.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of telecom infrastructure and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment and site installations.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical faults and take corrective action.
- Handle cables, connectors, tools, testing equipment, and other technical materials properly.
- Assist engineers and supervisors during site installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper cable laying, termination, connections, and equipment installation as instructed.
- Conduct basic testing and verification of installed equipment and systems.
- Maintain proper records of site activities, equipment, materials, and maintenance work.
- Report technical faults, equipment damage, and site issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely stored.
- Follow approved drawings, work instructions, method statements, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with other site personnel and contractors to complete assigned work.
- Complete assigned work within the specified project schedule.
- Follow company policies, client requirements, and site safety rules at all times.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and infrastructure.




- Knowledge of electrical/electronic tools and testing instruments.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic technical faults.
- Basic understanding of cable installation and termination.
- Good practical and hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at project sites.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

4. Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Previous experience in telecom, electrical, networking, infrastructure, or field-service work will be an advantage.

5. Safety Responsibilities

- Follow all company and client safety procedures.
- Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow safe working practices while working at height or around electrical/telecom equipment.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment damage to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.

Pay: ₹25,842.78 - ₹29,358.99 per month
