Job Title: Social Media Manager – Content Creator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The role will mainly focus on content creation, video/reel production, creative ideas, and audience engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly social media content.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories, carousels, photos, and promotional content.
- Generate fresh and trending content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and CTAs.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media.
- Appear on camera when required and create talking-head, promotional, educational, and trend-based videos.
- Manage the complete content creation process from idea → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Maintain the brand's tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, formats, topics, and content styles.
- Monitor competitor and industry content for inspiration and new ideas.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, polls, Stories,



and other interactive content.
- Track content performance and identify what type of content generates the best engagement.
- Work with the marketing, design, and sales teams to create campaign-related content.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Content Creation Skills

- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Ability to create strong hooks and engaging captions.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of video editing and social media editing tools.
- Valuable understanding of lighting, framing, camera angles, and shooting techniques.
- Ability to identify and adapt to social media trends quickly.
- Comfortable speaking on camera is an advantage.
- Basic graphic design skills are preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- A strong social media portfolio or examples of previous content are highly preferred.
- Experience creating Reels, short videos, and promotional content is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
