- Manage WFH & office employees and daily work allocation.
- Allocate leads to WFH employees and monitor follow-ups.
- Handle employee concerns, attendance and salary coordination.
- Assist in hiring, interviews and onboarding.
- Track employee productivity and the complete lead-to-revenue cycle.
- Prepare basic HR and performance reports.
Opportunity
