Job Description

We are looking for a Store Keeper with 1year of experience in a construction company to manage site materials, inventory, tools, and store-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect construction materials delivered to the site.
- Verify quantities and materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain stock registers and daily inward/outward records.
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.
- Issue materials to site engineers and supervisors as per approved requirements.
- Maintain proper records of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, hardware, tools, safety materials, and other construction items.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages or requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and security of materials.
- Maintain records of returned, damaged, excess, and unused materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store and storage area.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Store Keeper/Store Assistant role, preferably in construction.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at a construction project/site.
- Candidates should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
