Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant with a strong command of Excel and logical reasoning skills. The ideal candidate should have a reasonable understanding of financial management, preferably in e-commerce. You will be responsible for overseeing financial processes related to various e-commerce platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Deploy Excel skills to track, analyze, and report financial data,



ensuring all figures are accurate and compliant.
- Financial Management: Oversee and manage financial transactions related to sales and refunds on e-commerce platforms.
- Amount Transfers: Handle transfers of amounts between original payments and replacements, ensuring accuracy in the reconciliation of accounts.
- Reconciliation: Ensure the correct processing of payments, refunds, and adjustments on the platform.
- Problem-Solving: Address discrepancies or issues related to transactions, working with both the e-commerce platform and internal teams to resolve them.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
