About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in electrical drafting and design. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in AutoCAD, electrical layouts, ELV systems, shop drawings, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed drawings, incorporating client comments, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring drawings are completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, modify, and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings using appropriate drafting standards and tools.
- Prepare Internal & External Electrical Drawings, including:
- Power Layouts
- Lighting Layouts
- Main & Sub-Main Layouts
- Raceway Layouts
- Earthing Layouts
- Cable Tray Layouts
- Equipment Layouts
- Main Schematic / Single Line Diagrams
- Lightning Protection Layouts
- Prepare detailed Extra Low Voltage (ELV) drawings, including:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Networking Systems
- Public Address (PA) Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Prepare electrical circuit charts, including load details, breaker sizing, cable sizing, raceway sizing, and cable tray sizing.
- Prepare Tender BOQs based on approved drawings and project requirements.




- Develop drawings for tender and client submission purposes.
- Prepare shop drawings and detailed drawings as per project specifications.
- Conduct first-level checking and quality review of detailed and shop drawings.
- Review technical inputs and understand drawings received from other disciplines.
- Incorporate and update client comments and revisions accurately in drawings.
- Specify appropriate dimensions, materials, installation procedures, and technical details on layout drawings.
- Understand the technical capabilities of products, including structural stability, material properties, and applicable guidelines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical power and data distribution, particularly within modular furniture and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Ensure all drawings meet required technical, quality, and drafting standards.
- Successfully deliver assigned drawing and documentation targets within stipulated timelines.

Essential: Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office & Space planning Skills.
