Job Summary

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured technical training through live sessions, practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, projects, assignments, and assessments. The trainer should be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner and guide learners throughout their training journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live technical training sessions to students and professionals.
- Prepare and deliver structured training based on the assigned curriculum.
- Explain concepts using practical, real-world examples.
- Conduct hands-on coding, technical exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in completing real-world projects.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and interactive sessions.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners.




- Stay updated with current industry technologies and best practices.
- Support the development and improvement of training curriculum.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation sessions where required.
- Help learners understand industry expectations and job requirements.
- Maintain training attendance and learner performance records.
- Coordinate with the Training Manager / Program Coordinator.
- Deliver recorded sessions when required.

General Trainer Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, HR, or a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong practical knowledge of the assigned technology.
- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create assignments and practical exercises.
- Comfortable conducting live online
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.

What We Expect From Our Trainers

We are looking for trainers who can provide practical, industry-oriented training, rather than only theoretical explanations.

Both full time and part-time/contract trainer opportunities may be available depending on business requirements.
