Job Title: Senior Inward Executive

Location: Aslali,Ahmedabad.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing inward receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, quality compliance, and timely inventory updates as per GMP and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inward receipt of materials as per PO, invoice, and delivery challan

Perform quantity, quality, and damage checks (GMP-compliant)

Coordinate with QC, Production, and Purchase teams for material clearance

Ensure accurate and timely ERP/Inventory entries (SAP/Tally/WMS)

Manage discrepancies, shortages, and damages with vendors

Supervise unloading, labeling, and proper storage of materials

Maintain inward records, documentation, and audit readiness





Guide junior store/inward staff and follow safety & 5S practices

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

2-3 years of experience in inward/stores (Manufacturing/FMCG/Pharma/Skincare)

Knowledge of GMP, inventory control, and ERP systems

Positive communication and coordination skills
