Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect who has hands-on experience working on hospital, clinic, healthcare, or medical facility projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, drawings, project coordination, and site execution. Candidates from general architectural backgrounds with relevant hospital/healthcare project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop architectural designs and drawings for hospital and healthcare projects.
- Work on planning and designing spaces such as OPD, consultation rooms, patient areas, wards, diagnostic areas, reception, waiting areas, and other healthcare facilities.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, interior, and other project teams.
- Review drawings and ensure proper execution at the project site.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure that project execution is in line with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Assist in project planning, design development, and documentation.
- Identify design/site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Review and modify drawings based on project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Architect / Project Architect.
- Prior experience working on hospital,



clinic, healthcare, or medical facility projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Experience in site coordination and project execution.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage project requirements.
