We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Figma Designer / UI-UX Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team in Lucknow.

- Position: Figma Designer / UI-UX Designer

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- Interview Mode: Onsite – Face-to-Face Only
- Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean, contemporary, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into engaging and functional UI/UX designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
- Design responsive layouts suitable for different screen sizes and devices.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review and improve existing designs based on project requirements, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency in branding, layouts, typography, colors, and visual elements across projects.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in UI/UX or Figma designing.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile application interfaces.




- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, Auto Layout, components, variants, and design systems in Figma.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create interactive and user-friendly prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
- Good creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and work independently as well as with a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality designs within timelines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant UI/UX or Figma certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.

Candidate Preference

Candidates who are currently based in Lucknow will be preferred.
